This converted single-family apartment uses the light-filled space as a multi-purpose living/dining/sunbathing room. Following the 70s renovations of this late 1800s corner row house, the room is compartmentalized into three distinct areas by contrasting colors, a shift in elevation and the marble fireplace gives an implied room divide.
